Smoked Pork Chops Recipe



I will show you how to smoke pork chops with just two simple steps that result in juicy pork chops every time. I’m smoking these chops in the Bradley P10 Professional Electric Smoker.

Ingredients

Pork chops

Sunset Rum Glaze Recipe:

1 Tbsp minced garlic

2 Jiggers orange juice (3 oz)

2 ¾ jiggers rum (4 oz)

2 Tbsp chili sauce

2 Tbsp molasses

Preparation

Brine the porkchops with one gallon of water, quarter cup of brown sugar, and half cup of kosher salt. The chops are a minimum inch and a half thick. pat down with paper towels after brining.

Season the chops with the Jack Daniel’s Pork Rub.

Use maple wood bisquettes, preheat the Bradley smoker to 225ºF, and apply smoke for the first half hour.

In the mean time, make a glaze with these ingredients: Sunset Rum Glaze Recipe * 1 tbsp minced garlic * 2 jiggers orange juice (3 oz) * 2 ¾ jiggers rum (4 oz) * 2 tbsp chili sauce * 2 tbsp molasses

Glaze the chops

Smoke for 10 more minutes and then flip them over. Cook for a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes.
